Apply welding primer.

Spot-weld the replacement part. Tip diameter Ø4.5 mm.

Weld the load eyelets into place.

Install: 

• the rear bumper rail, see REAR BUMPER RAIL 
• the outer rear section, see TAIL SECTION EXTERNAL .

Seal body; see BODY SEAL, SEALING DIAGRAM .

Rustproof body; see RUSTPROOFING .

Install components. See: REAR SECTION, EXPOSING (2007-2009)or REAR SECTION, EXPOSING (2010-2012) .
