UPDATE NOTES: The location of the form has changed and is now accessible through the Dealer Support Site which will be accessed directly through Retailer Portal Header "Support".

The following labels must be ordered using the attached form. They are: FMVSS (Driver's Door) Label, Tire Pressure Label, Dashboard VIN Plate, Product Plate and A/C Refrigerant Information Label.

VIN plates are extremely important to a vehicle. They are regulated by government authorities. In addition, they are important to lending and insurance fraud agencies.

As of the date of this bulletin the following procedure shall be implemented when a replacement VIN plate is ordered and installed:

When a replacement label is ordered, the dealer shall complete the form on the Dealer Support accessed through the Retailer Portal Header, except for items within the square regarding VIN plate installation.
Complete the form electronically through the Support Site: https://volvocarusadealersupport.custhelp.com/ , set the Department to "Parts Support", click "EMAIL" at the bottom of the page, select "Label Order Form", and fill in the appropriate information in the form.
Upon completion of the form, the dealer shall submit the completed form electronically.
The dealership shall print and retain at least one copy for its records.

NOTE: From the time order is received please allow 2-3 weeks processing time until label arrives at your Retailer (labels are produced at a vendor in Sweden).
