Adjusting Co - 21A CANADIAN Models

NOTE: The following steps are a basic list of CO adjustment. If CO needs adjustment the plug covering the adjustment screw must be removed and the tube plugged after the adjustment has been made.
  1. Adjust idle speed. See Figure
  2. Disconnect Pulsair hose and plug.
  3. Check CO reading.
  4. Remove Piston Assembly and Fuel Needle Retaining Screw. See Fig 1 .
  5. Remove Lock Washer and Flat Washers. See Fig 2 .
  6. Adjust CO if required. See Fig 3 .
  7. Reconnect Pulsair Hose.
  8. Verify that CO level drops (confirm pulsair is working)
  9. Adjust idle speed. See Figure
