Headlamps: Adjusting

NOTE:
  • The adjustment of the individual headlights can only be performed when the service function "headlight adjustment" is selected on the communication system.

Unlocking headlight

First initial screen "Welcome" will appear on display

The headlight adjustment can now be corrected.

After procedure has been completed, headlights are mechanically locked again by repeatedly pressing the button.

Adjusting left main headlight

Both adjustment screws on right-hand headlight are similar.

Hi beam headlight (right):

The left fog lamp adjustment is in the same location, but reversed.

NOTE:
  • The high-beam headlight can only be adjusted vertically. Lateral adjustment is pre-adjusted and must not be changed.
  • If the vehicle is equipped with separate low beams and high beams, high beam must be adjusted extra. Note that the adjuster must be set to 0% when adjusting the high beams.
