Inspection Procedure

1. Operate the buzzer and check that the buzzer for seat belt warning and key reminder warning sound normally.

   Result

A: REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY 

1. Disconnect the B7 connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART
   
   

   Tester connection	Condition	Specified condition
   B7-5 - B7-6	Seat belt is fastened	10 kΩ or higher
   B7-5 - B7-6	Seat belt is not fastened	Below 1 Ω

NG: REPLACE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side) 

OK : Go to Next Step

1. Disconnect the C11 and B7 connectors.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART
   
   

   Tester connection	Condition	Specified condition
   C11-31 - B7-5	Always	Below 1 Ω
   C11-31 - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   B7-6 - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK : REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY 

1. Disconnect the C11 connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART
   
   

   Tester connection	Condition	Specified condition
   C11-15 - Body ground	Ignition key is not inserted	10 kΩ or higher
   C11-15 - Body ground	Ignition key is inserted	Below 1 Ω

NG: Go to step  6

OK : Go to Next Step 

1. Disconnect the C11 connector.

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance

   C11-26 - Body ground	Driver side door is open	10 kΩ or higher
   C11-26 - Body ground	Driver side door is closed	Below 1 Ω

1. Disconnect the U1 connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance

   U1-1 - U1-2	Ignition key is inserted	10 kΩ or higher
   U1-1 - U1-2	Ignition key is not inserted	Below 1 Ω

NG: REPLACE UNLOCK WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY 

OK : REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (UNLOCK WARNING SWITCH CIRCUIT) 

1. Disconnect the D7 connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART
   
   

   Tester connection	Condition	Specified condition
   D7-1 - Body ground	Driver side courtesy switch shaft is pushed in	10 kΩ or higher
