Removal & Installation (Sequential Transaxle)

1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove front and rear engine under covers. Remove fill plug. Disconnect the connector clamp and input sensor connector. Remove the 2 bolts and transaxle case protector. See Fig 1.
2. Remove input sensor. Use appropriate container to catch the transaxle fluid.
3. To assemble, install input sensor. Install transaxle case protector with the 2 bolts. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
4. Fill transaxle with appropriate fluid to bottom of fill plug opening. See LUBRICATION . Reinstall the fill plug. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Check for leaks. Install front and rear engine under covers.
