Brushes & Springs

  1. Check brush length. If length is less than specification, replace brushes. See NIPPONDENSO STARTER SPECIFICATIONS  table under STARTER SPECIFICATIONS.
  2. Check brush holders, springs, spring clip and insulation between positive and negative holders. Repair or replace components as needed.
