Switch - Brake Light - Remove and Replace: Install

  1. Position the brake light switch on the vehicle, and then install the switch on the pedal assembly.
    NOTE: Rotate the switch 45 degrees counter-clockwise to install.

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • Flashlight LED

  2. Connect the LH body harness connector.

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

  3. Position the driver floor jumper air duct on the vehicle, and then install the tab that attaches the duct to the HVAC assembly.

  4. Install the driver knee airbag. See: Knee Airbag - Driver - Remove And Replace .
  5. Install the driver footwell cover. See: Cover - Footwell - Driver - Remove And Replace .
  6. Connect LV power. See: LV Power - Disconnect And Connect .
  7. Move the LH front seat to its original position.
