Compressor - Air Suspension - Remove And Replace: Install

  1. Position the clip that attaches the air line hose to the compressor.
    CAUTION: Support the air compressor with bungee cords as needed to prevent damage to the assembly.

  2. Install the bolts (x4) that attach the air compressor to the compressor carrier.
    NOTE: T30, 5.5 N.m

  3. Install the bolts and spring seats (x3) that attach the compressor carrier to the compressor bracket.
    NOTE: T30, 5 N.m

  4. Position the clip that attaches the air compressor electrical harness to the compressor carrier.

  5. Connect the electrical harnesses (x2) to the air compressor.

  6. Install new VOSS fittings to the air lines. Remove the white plugs and install the fitting between the white lines indicated on the air lines, then install the VOSS fittings to the air compressor.
    NOTE: 10 mm, 12 mm, 2 N.m

  7. Install the front fascia assembly. See Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Install) .
  8. Connect LV power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect) .
  9. Pressurize the air suspension system. See Air Suspension - Pressurize/Depressurize - Full System .
  10. Close the hood and remove the vehicle from the lift.
