2nd Generation: Removal

  1. Remove the HEPA filter outlet duct Duct - HEPA Filter - Outlet (Remove And Replace) .
  2. Remove the underhood storage carpet. See CARPET - UNDERHOOD STORAGE (REMOVE AND INSTALL) .
  3. Remove the clips (x2) and fasteners (x2) that secure the underhood storage unit (torque 7 N.m). Remove the underhood storage unit and HEPA filter as an assembly.
