Front Engine Oil Cooler Pipe

Install the water hose to the front engine oil cooler pipe.
Install the front engine oil cooler pipe.
1. Install the front engine oil cooler pipe and the water hose as an assembly, and connect the water hose.
  NOTE: When connecting the water hose to the engine oil cooler, align the direction of the clip within the range shown in the figure.

  Tightening torque:
  
  6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
2. Install the clip (C) and clip (D), and connect the connector (B) of oil level switch harness.
3. Connect the connector (A) of the engine oil temperature sensor.

4. Connect the terminal of the oil pressure switch and attach the rubber cap. Ref. to LUBRICATION (H4DOTC)>OIL PRESSURE SWITCH>INSTALLATION .
Install the center exhaust pipe (front). Ref. to EXHAUST (H4DOTC)>CENTER EXHAUST PIPE>INSTALLATION>CENTER EXHAUST PIPE (FRONT) .
Install the reservoir tank. Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>RESERVOIR TANK>INSTALLATION .
Fill engine coolant. Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>ENGINE COOLANT>REPLACEMENT>FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT .
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
