Engine Cooling System: Radiator: Assembly

  1. Attach the radiator gasket. (CROSSTREK (WILDERNESS) model)
    CAUTION: Always use a new radiator gasket.
    NOTE: Align the part to the upper end and the lower end of the reinforcement and adhere it.

    (A) 4 mm (0.1575 in)
  2. Install the radiator outlet hose. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO)>RADIATOR HOSE>INSTALLATION>RADIATOR OUTLET HOSE .
  3. Attach the radiator inlet hose. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO)>RADIATOR HOSE>INSTALLATION>RADIATOR INLET HOSE .
  4. Install the radiator fan and fan motor assembly. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO)>RADIATOR FAN AND FAN MOTOR ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the condenser assembly. (When assembled together with the condenser assembly) Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER>CONDENSER>INSTALLATION .
