Inspection Mode 4

DTC Item Note
B2407 RAIN SENSOR TEMPERATURE -

Diagnostic procedure:

  1. Using the Subaru Select Monitor, perform the clear memory of [Automatic Light and Wiper]. Ref. to COMMON (diag)>CLEAR MEMORY .
  2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
  3. Make sure that the temperature around the rain sensor is normal (25 - 28°C (77 - 82.4°F)).
  4. Using the Subaru Select Monitor, read the DTC of [Automatic Light and Wiper] to check that there is no DTC displayed. Ref. to AUTOMATIC LIGHT AND WIPER (DIAGNOSTICS)>DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .
    NOTE: If the DTC is displayed on the screen, the trouble is still present. Perform the diagnosis for the displayed DTCs. After solving the DTC, repeat from step  1.
