Removal Procedure

  1. Position the window half way down.
  2. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
  3. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door .
  4. Remove the rear door trim plate.
  5. Remove the foam insulator, from behind the trim plate.

  6. Remove the lower rear window run channel. Refer to Window Run Channel Replacement - Rear Door .
  7. Remove the rear door window weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Door Window (New Style)  or Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Door Window (Old Style) .
  8. Remove the window by tilting the rear of the window upward and sliding up and out.
