Before checking each ground circuit from the component all the way to the ground stud, check the circuit from the splice pack to ground by testing some of the other sub-systems grounded by the same splice pack. If the other sub-systems function properly, it is most likely that the path from the splice pack to ground is good (or at least one of the paths is good with redundantly ground splice packs)

Passive restraint central module ground circuit 155C and left body ground splice pack grounded through circuit 155YY at ground point M.

The left body ground splice pack is located under the driver's seat.
