Circuit Description

Controller Area Network (CAN) serial data circuit is a high speed serial data bus used to communicate information between steering angle sensor and EBTCM. When ignition is on, module and steering angle sensor begin to transmit data between each other. CAN bus circuit is monitored continuously after ignition is turned on.

DTC sets when line interruptions are detected by CAN message monitor and vehicle speed is greater than 25 MPH.
