Code 63 - Right Front Motor Circuit Shorted To Battery: Notes

This test identifies motor circuit that is shorted to battery, or motor with low or no resistance. Fault will not allow motor to be controlled at requested current rate or will cause it to rotate in opposite direction or be inoperative. Code 63 will disable ABS function and turn ABS warning light on.

1. Checks for short to battery in motor high circuit.
2. Checks for short to battery in motor low circuit.
3. Checks for motor internally shorted.
4. Ensure fault was not due to physical damage of circuit.
