PM3: Check For Short To Ground

With the ignition key in the OFF position, disconnect the power mirror switch connector located in the instrument panel. Remove the 10A MIRROR fuse. Measure the resistance of the Light Green/Red wire between the left terminal and the 10A MIRROR fuse holder and ground, See WIRING DIAGRAM  . Is the resistance less than 5 ohms? If yes, service the Light Green/Red wire between the interior fuse panel and the power mirror switch. If no, replace the 10A MIRROR fuse. Go to PM4: Check Power Supply To Power Mirror Switch  .
