	Remove/install
1	Detach ground line from battery		AR54.10-P-0003NKB
2	Remove catalytic converter		AR49.10-P-5500MTA
3	Drain coolant		AR20.00-P-1142MTA
4	Remove poly-V belt (1)		AR13.20-P-0001MTA
5	Remove heat shield (7) from alternator (G2)	Tighten screw/bolts (10, 11, 12) in the numerical sequence.
		Bolt/nut, cover to alternator	*BA15.40-P-1008-01F
6	Detach electrical connection (4) from alternator (G2)
7	Detach electrical line for circuit B+ (3) and electrical connection (4) on alternator (G2)		AR15.40-P-5032-01MTA
		Nut, circuit B+ to alternator	*BA15.40-P-1002-01F
8	Remove low-pressure line (8)	Replace seals.
		Screw clamp, heat exchanger/pipeline	*BA83.30-P-1012-01G
		Bolt, low-pressure line to refrigerant compressor	*BA83.30-P-1008-01G
9	Remove screw/bolt (5)	Bolt, alternator to timing case	*BA15.40-P-1001-01F
10	Detach coolant hose (9) from coolant pump and place to one side
11	Remove screw/bolt (6)	Bolt, alternator to timing case	*BA15.40-P-1001-01F
12	Take alternator (G2) upwards and out
13	Install in the reverse order
