COMPLAINT

Service code/workshop code implausible at the first service (e.g. Service AX due, workshop code not 505). Various additional operations for Service A.

CAUSE

Incorrect data in instrument cluster (as-delivered state)

REMEDY

Model 205 vehicles up to code 805:

Manual initial startup of instrument cluster

Model 190 and model 205 vehicles as of code 806:

Manual initial startup of PTCU (CPC), see attachment, then perform manual initial startup of instrument cluster

If this remedy is ineffective, refer to the checklist and create a PTSS case and forward to engineering.
