	Remove/install
	Risk of explosion  caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel.	No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking. Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Drain fuel tank.	Through fuel pump.	AR47.10-P-4001GH
		With faulty fuel pump.	AR47.10-P-4000GH

2	Remove rear muffler (1)	Installation:  Check rubber mount (2, 3); replace if necessary. Replace nut (5) for bolt (4). Use emery cloth to clean connection points free of combustion and corrosion residues.

3	Remove heat shield (7)	Start by removing screws (8).
4	Detach fuel connector hoses (14, 15) at additional fuel tank (17)	Installation:  Check fuel connector hoses and hose clamps (16); replace if necessary. Ensure correct seating of the fuel connector hoses and hose clamps.
5	Unhook mounting strips (9) for additional fuel tank (17)	Slacken bolts (10) for this step. Installation:  Ensure correct seating of the mounting strips. Do not damage the vent line (18).

6	Fold down the retaining bracket (11)	To do this, remove bolts (12) and loosen bolts (13).

7	Lift out additional fuel tank (17)	Removal:  Hook vent line (18) on the upper side of the tank and detach.
8	Install in the reverse order
9	Dispose of fuel tank
