46/01-1 RECALLS AND SERVICE CAMPAIGNS: WHEN REPAIRING ANY VEHICLE, ALWAYS CHECK THE VEHICLE MASTER INQUIRY FOR OPEN CAMPAIGNS
46/01-2 GROUP 82 - MODELS 220, 215, 210, 208, 203 COMAND: If you encounter customer complaints of not being able to access SMS, Last Calls Made, Last Calls Received or the Edit functions of the Phonebook, check and update the version coding of COMAND. The procedure to update the version coding using Star Diagnosis (DAS) is as follows:
- D2B COMAND or Audio
- control module adjustments
- read coding and change if necessary configuration of components (not D2B)
- code telephone with extended (enlarged) functions
Component replacement is not necessary.
