TCS Off Light Does Not Illuminate With Ignition On: Notes

NOTE: TCS indicator light illuminates in Key On Engine Off (KOEO). Start engine to check for proper TCS indicator light operation. If symptoms have occurred in the past but system is currently operating correctly, symptom may be caused by intermittent harness malfunctions.

NOTE: When engine coolant temperature is less than 32°F (0°C), TCS OFF light stays illuminated until engine warms up to normal operating temperature. If TCS OFF light turns off after warm-up, system is normal.
