- Engine speed is higher than 320 RPM
- Battery voltage is at between 10 and 16V
- No full load
- Time after fuel cut off elapsed is higher than 0.3s
- Main pulse of cylinder individual injection time is higher than 0.3 ms

- Open or short to ground in control circuit
- ECU power stage diagnosis injector output voltage is lower than 3.9V at output off
