Power Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF"
- Refer to applicable service information and disconnect brake lamp switch connector.
- Ignition "ON"
- Measure the voltage between Pin No. 3 (Power) terminal of brake lamp switch harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: B+
- Is the measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "Signal Circuit Inspection " procedure.
NO
- Repair open or short in power circuit and then go to "Verification Of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
