Inspect PCSV

  1. Ignition "OFF"
  2. Disconnect PCSV connector.
  3. Measure resistance between Pin No. 2 (Control) terminal and Pin No. 1 (Fuse-SENSOR2) terminal of the PCSV. (Component Side)

    Specification:  Approx. 18.5Ω to 22.5Ω at 20°C (68°F)

  4. Is the measured resistance within specifications?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
    • If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the PCSV and go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
