Positive Cable Starter - 2.4L: Installation

  1. Position the positive cable on the vehicle.
  2. Install the positive cable to starter mounting nut and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Install the positive cable to PDC mounting nut and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  4. Install the intake manifold. Refer to MANIFOLD, INTAKE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION MANIFOLD, INTAKE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION MANIFOLD, INTAKE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
