Tube, Heater Hose, Supply: Removal: 5.7L/6.4L

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING  .
  3. Remove the intake manifold. For 5.7L Refer to REMOVAL , for 6.4L refer to REMOVAL .

  4. Remove the heater hose (1) from the heater tube (3).

  5. Remove the heater tube mounting bolt (1).
  6. Remove the heater tube (3) from the water pump housing and remove it from the vehicle.
