Sentry Key Transponder Programming

The Sentry Key transponder of all FOB with Integrated Key (FOBIK) units included with the vehicle are pre-programmed to work with the Radio Frequency Hub Module (RFHM) when it is shipped from the factory. The RFHM may be programmed to recognize up to a total of eight FOBIK units. When programming a blank Sentry Key FOBIK, the integrated valet key must be cut to match the door lock cylinder in the vehicle for which it will be used. Once the additional or new key has been cut, the RFHM must be programmed to recognize it as a valid FOBIK. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
