Driver Complaint Chart

  1. If the "CHECK ENGINE" lamp illuminates intermittently, but no trouble code is stored in ECM memory, this chart will lead to the most likely problem area. However, first make checks that would normally be made for the complaint on a vehicle without CEC system.
  2. Follow instructions in chart and repair malfunction. After repair, perform System Performance Check.
