ISSUE
When attempting to update the Telematics Control Unit (TCU) using PATHFINDER, the application fails to complete, the error message below is displayed:
- Tester is missing required software VBFs to perform the download.
CAUSE
PATHFINDER selects a software that is not released yet.
PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTION
This concern has been resolved with the release of PATHFINDER version 337. The manual patch will no longer be available to download and this SSM will be deleted in 7 days.
