DTC Confirmation Procedure

If "DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE" has been previously conducted, always place the ignition switch in the OFF position and wait at least 10 seconds before conducting the next test.

GO TO 2.

CONSULT

1. Ignition switch OFF -> ON, and wait 30 seconds.
2. Drive the vehicle at approx. 50 km/h (31 MPH) or more for approx. 2 minutes.
3. Stop the vehicle.
4. Ignition switch OFF.
   NOTE: Wait at least 10 seconds after pressing ignition switch OFF.
5. Start the engine.
   NOTE: Wait at least 10 seconds after start the engine.
6. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "ABS".

Is DTC "C111D-1C" detected?

YES

"C111D-1C" is displayed as "CRNT": Proceed to Diagnosis Procedure .

YES

"C111D-1C" is displayed as "PAST": Inspection End (Erase "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "ABS").

NO

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident .

NO

Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.
