Engine Oil Replacement Reminder Reset - Procedure 01

NOTE: For Civic and CR-V, this procedure is for models with the Information Display. For 2013-15 Civic and CR-V models with i-MID, see PROCEDURE 11 . For 2014-16 CR-V with i-MID, see PROCEDURE 12 .

1. Turn ignition switch to ON (II).
2. Press SELECT/RESET knob repeatedly until engine oil life indicator is displayed. See Fig 1 or Fig 2 .
3. Press SELECT/RESET knob for 10 seconds, until the Engine oil life indicator and the Maintenance item codes blink, then release the button.
4. Press SELECT/RESET knob again for 5 seconds. Maintenance items codes will disappear and engine oil life indicator will reset to 100%.
