SERVICE INFORMATION
The devastating earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan earlier this year have severely affected many of our parts suppliers and their operations. Vehicle production has slowed, and our XM unit suppliers are holding onto their inventory for longer than usual, which may cause the dealer demo programming to expire while the vehicle is being shipped.
Until further notice, to ensure that new vehicle owners get uninterrupted XM service during their free subscription period, make sure you do a rapid refresh at PDI. For details, see the applicable PDI S/B.
