Storm GSi

  1. Remove air intake duct and air breather tube from air cleaner. Separate air cleaner halves. Loosen neutral safety switch retaining bolts.
  2. Ensure gearshift is in Neutral. Install adjusting pin in hole on transaxle shift lever. Rotate neutral safety switch (DO NOT  rotate lever) until adjusting pin can be inserted into alignment hole on switch. See Fig 1 . Tighten neutral safety switch bolts to 26 INCH lbs. (3 N.m). To install components, reverse removal procedure.
