Motor Component Inspection
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Disconnect the motor pump connector.
- Measure the resistance between the motor pump (A) terminal and motor pump (B) terminal (connectors attached to the motor).
Specification: 0.1 ~ 5 Ω
- Is the result within specifications?
YES
- Replace the transfer case (motor) and reset the AWD learnt values. Then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".
NO
- Replace the AWD ECU (back-up and input the AWD learnt values (when replacing the ECU), and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".
