Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU): Installation

  1. Attach ABCM to HCU by carefully lining up coils with valve solenoids and pushing together. Install 4 Torx screws and tighten to specification. Install EHCU assembly into mounting bracket and install retaining bolts.
  2. Connect 4 tubes to outlet ports and 2 tubes to inlet ports. Connect 2-pin connector and 24-pin connector to ABCM. Tighten all bolts and nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Bleed brake system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM  .
