No Trouble Code Quick Symptom Test
Symptom checks cannot be used properly unless driveability problem occurs while vehicle is being tested. To reduce diagnostic time, check for any codes that may be present. See RETRIEVING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. If no codes are present, select symptom which most accurately describes the driveability problem, and then perform test pertaining to the symptom.
