NS17, Code 44 - Checking Fused J2 Circuit
Turn ignition off. Disconnect 14-pin connector from SMEC. Connect ohmmeter to Dark Blue/White wire in auto shutdown relay 4-pin connector and 14-pin cavity No. 3. If there is no continuity, repair Dark Blue/White wire to 14-pin connector cavity No. 3 for an open circuit to wiring harness splice. If there is continuity, replace SMEC for a defective power board. Before replacing SMEC, ensure terminal in 14-pin connector cavity No. 3 is not damaged causing a poor connection.
