Wipers Run At Low Speed With Switch In High Speed Position

Check for faulty HI-LO wiper relay. Using an ohmmeter, check for open circuit between terminal "C" of HI-LO wiper relay and body control module Bone 24-pin J3 connector terminal No. 18 (Violet wire). See Figure . If okay, check wiper switch and/or binding linkage. Repair as necessary. See MOTOR RUNS SLOWLY AT ALL SPEEDS.
