Installation Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Clean the intake EGR pipe mating surfaces.
  2. Install a new gasket.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the intake EGR pipe.

    Tighten:  Tighten the intake EGR pipe retaining bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in)  .
