Conditions for Setting the DTC

All the following conditions exist:
- The mid-pack positive voltage minus the mid-pack negative voltage minus the high voltage battery voltage is greater than 15 V and he mid-pack positive voltage minus the mid-pack negative voltage minus the high voltage is greater than 10 V
- The mid-pack positive voltage minus the mid-pack negative voltage minus the high voltage is greater than 10 V
