Conditions for setting this DTC are as follows:

Engine speed is 1000-1700 RPM.
Engine coolant temperature is greater than 176°F (80°C).
Barometric Pressure (BARO) is greater than 60 kPa.
Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) is 13-32 kPa.
Idle Air Control (IAC) has not changed greater than 4 counts.
TP angle is less than one percent.
Vehicle speed is less than 25 MPH.
Decel Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) is greater than +2 kPa.
