SUBJECT

Programming Failure Due to CD or DVD in Drives 

SITUATION

When performing programming using ISTA/P, one or more control modules fail to program.

CAUSE

CDs or DVDs are present in the internal drives during the time of programming.

PROCEDURE

Prior to programming, remove all media (CDs and DVDs) from the internal drives. Inserted media discs could cause programming failures.
