ACG_+B Circuit Inspection 

Test Procedure 

• Preparation

    Alternator B terminal: disconnected

• Procedure
• • -

    Perform the inspection according to the following table.

			(Disconnected)Alternator B terminal
		IG Mode	Courtesy of HONDA, U.S.A., INC.	Normal Conditions
	ACG_+B circuit inspection	OFF		12 V battery voltage [circuit type 1]

Results 

• If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
  NOTE: If the power supply inspection of the above table showed abnormally, do the additional Power Supply Inspection , to locate the failure.

Alternator Circuit Terminals Inspection 

Test Procedure 

• Procedure
• • -

    Check the connecting conditions or loose terminals of connectors at these locations:

    Alternator B terminal

    Alternator

    Fuse holder A (ACG_+B line)

• Normal Conditions
• • -

    Conditions at the connections and terminals are OK.

Results 

• If it is abnormal, there is a problem with the connections or terminals.

Alternator Inspection 

Test Procedure 

• If the other inspection item (s) indicated a normal condition, then it is determined that the remaining alternator is the cause.

Results 

• There is a problem with the alternator.
