Intake Air Bypass Control Thermal Valve Replacement

  1. Remove the intake manifold cover, K20A3 engine (see step 1 on REMOVAL - K20A3 ENGINE ), K20A2/K20Z1 engines (see step 2 on REMOVAL - K20A2, K20Z1 ENGINES ).
  2. Disconnect the hoses (A).

  3. Remove the intake air bypass control thermal valve (B).
  4. Install the valve in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE: Position the valve angle as shown.
